Temporary Property Manager – 8-Week Assignment My client is seeking an experienced and dependable Property Manager to provide temporary cover for a valued team member taking leave for approximately eight weeks. This is a full-time position within a well-established residential property management team. The Opportunity Join a professional and supportive property management department Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties Use modern, cloud-based systems and efficient processes (Property Tree, Tapi, Inspection Express) Step into a structured role with clear procedures and great handover support About You Proven experience in residential property management Confident using Property Tree , Tapi , and Inspection Express (or similar software) Strong communication and organisational skills Able to work autonomously and maintain excellent attention to detail Reliable and proactive, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and owners About the Role Duration: Approximately 8 weeks Start Date: Monday, 3rd November Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Support: Onsite Trust Accounts and Portfolio Department Manager (limited availability during part of the assignment) Location: Safety Bay surrounding area Why This Role?
