We’re growing our eCommerce presence and are seeking an eCommerce Customer Service & Data Support Officer who can take our digital strategy to the next level— helping drive online sales while ensuring we offer a best-in-class customer service experience. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our eCommerce team. This role is responsible for providing customer service excellence and ensuring accurate data management across our online sales channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for our eCommerce customers, helping them with product, freight, and order-related queries, and supporting the wider marketing and operations teams to deliver a smooth online experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Contact customers proactively about orders, freight updates, or technical information. Enter and update customer and order data accurately in our ecommerce and CRM systems. Coordinate with logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve order or shipping issues. Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve the customer experience. Assist the marketing team by highlighting content gaps or common product questions. Maintain high service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of online processes. Skills & Experience Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Confident using online platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools. A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks effectively. Basic understanding of ecommerce processes and customer experience best practices. Why Join Us?
