This is a 12-month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency Rossmoyne Senior High School's (SHS) outstanding academic results are only one part of the rich experience delivered for every student in our school. The Role The Human Resources Officer provides support to the Principal and Executive Team in the coordination of all human resource activities and operations across the school. The successful applicant will ideally exhbit a strong understanding of workforce planning and the broader human resource management practices within the public sector framework, including leave management, relief support, recruitment, induction, selection and appointment processes. The successful applicant should be able to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organisation through effective interpersonal and communication skills. A solutions-focused approach is important, with the ability to identify, research and analyse issues to provide practical and workable outcomes. The successful applicant will ideally also have the capacity to plan, prioritise and manage competing demands while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
