Convenience Buttons: Time Remaining 14 days Strategic Communications Manager About the role Shape the Future of Public Transport Communications As Strategic Communications Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the PTA’s brand and promote public transport across Perth and regional Western Australia. You will manage a team delivering customer-focused campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality content. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as oversight of contracts, budgets, and key relationships. We’re seeking a qualified professional with experience in integrated communications, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering effective, customer-centric outcomes. About You! To excel in this role, you should possess: Tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising or other relevant discipline. Significant experience in managing customer focussed integrated communication campaigns. High degree of competency in team management. Experience managing performance issues. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to consult effectively and provide high-level advice to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
