Landscape Estimator Western Sydney | $85K-$110K Super | Full-time Summary: Love turning outdoor design concepts into real, costed projects? About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to price and prepare tenders for projects across both hard and soft landscaping scopes. You'll play a key role in ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client specifications - supporting the project team from tender through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate take-offs, BOQs, and cost breakdowns from drawings and specifications Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing Support project teams during pre-construction and handover Review plans and identify potential cost savings or design adjustments Manage multiple tenders and timelines simultaneously Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience estimating within landscaping or civil/construction Sound knowledge of landscape construction materials, methods, and trade rates Ability to interpret architectural/engineering plans and specifications Proficiency in Excel or estimating software (Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary with room for growth Supportive team culture with strong pipeline of secured work Exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects Stability within a reputable, well-established landscape contractor About the Company: Join a respected Sydney-based landscape construction company known for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships.
