Role Description We are seeking a Data & Automation Analyst to support our Global Contract Management & Sourcing team by developing analytical solutions, automation tools, and standardized templates that improve operational efficiency and enhance data quality for informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor contract performance and sourcing KPIs. Create and standardize templates for internal processes and executive presentations. Automate workflows and processes across various systems (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, SAP). Act as a Data Scientist, performing predictive and exploratory analyses to support strategic decisions. Work with Big Data, structuring and processing large datasets to generate insights. Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand needs and propose technical solutions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3- 5 years of experience. Advanced English for communication with global teams. Proven experience with Power BI, process automation, and data analysis. Strong knowledge programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R (preferred). Familiarity with corporate environments and tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and advanced Excel. Previous experience in Contract Management, Procurement, or Sourcing is a plus. Ability to work independently with a strong focus on delivery and meeting deadlines. Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
