Sales Support Specialist (GPS / Land Surveying Equipment) Scotland (Carlisle and Northwards) Salary/Bonuses: £45,000 - £51,000 NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading supplier of GPS land surveying and positioning technology , providing cutting-edge equipment and support to clients across construction, civil engineering, and infrastructure sectors. Due to continued business growth and upcoming 2025 projects, we are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their technical team. The Role Provide technical and customer support for GPS land surveying and Trimble systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment setup, configuration, and software settings . Deliver training and demonstrations to customers on correct system use and functionality. Support the sales team with technical expertise , assisting in pre-sale consultations and client meetings. Conduct on-site troubleshooting and ensure equipment is operating efficiently and accurately. Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and communication with clients. Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure consistent support delivery. The Candidate Proven experience with Trimble or similar GPS / land surveying equipment (essential). Background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology . Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with good software understanding. Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering training and client support. Flexible to travel across Scotland, providing on-site assistance and training. Motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Full UK driving licence required.
