Sanctuaryprovide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Disrepair Coordinator Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £27,521 - £28,970 per year 35 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Coordinator to join our Disrepair team which consists of 6 people. The team is responsible for managing disrepair claims across Sanctuary Group's property portfolio. They also work to ensure legal compliance, timely repairs and excellent customer service. As Disrepair Coordinator you will work collaboratively with surveyors, contractors, and customers, but will also be required to work independently. The role of Disrepair Coordinator will include: Tracking and managing all disrepair claims, including EPA cases, ensuring timely progression and resolution Coordinating appointments and schedules with surveyors, contractors, and customers Monitoring progress against agreed timeframes and escalating delays proactively Maintaining accurate records and producing reports to support compliance and continuous improvement Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service tailored to individual needs Supporting colleagues across regions to ensure consistent service delivery Contributing to special projects aligned with Sanctuary's values and objectives Skills and experiences: Recent experience in a similar administrative role Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities Experience producing compliance and statistical reports Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong customer care and interpersonal abilities Ability to interpret and manage computerised data Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 Ability to work independently and take initiative About us We provide in-house repairs and maintenance for a wide range of properties, as part of a not-for-profit organisation.
