National Account Manager – PCR (Passenger Car/Van Sector) Location : United Kingdom Job type : Full- time Salary : £60,000 – £65,000 basic 25% bonus Package : Company car, laptop, phone, 15% SIPP pension and excellent benefits Company Overview Our client is a leading manufacturer specialising in Passenger Car and Van (PCR) products. To support continued growth, we are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join the team and take ownership of key strategic accounts, driving business performance and expanding market presence nationally. Role Overview The National Account Manager (PCR) will play a crucial role in managing and developing key national accounts, including the ETEL account, while also securing new business opportunities in both direct and indirect markets. This is a high-impact position for a commercially focused, relationship-driven sales professional who understands the dynamics of the PCR sector and can deliver sustainable growth through strong account management and new business acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop key national accounts across the PCR (Passenger Car/Van) sector. • Take full ownership of the ETEL account on a national basis, ensuring delivery of commercial and operational objectives. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, volume, and profitability growth. • Identify and win new national account opportunities in both direct and indirect sales channels. • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise business potential while maintaining profitability. • Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and identify new opportunities. • Prepare and present reports, business reviews, and proposals to both internal leadership and external clients. What We’re Looking For • Proven success in national account management within the PCR (Passenger Car/Van) sector. • Previous experience working for or with a manufacturer is highly desirable. • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset. • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities, both written and verbal. • A self-motivated, results-driven individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. • Based in the UK (ideally Central England) with flexibility to travel nationally. • Full UK driving licence required.
