Company Description Laughland Jones, founded in 1998, offers bespoke architectural and interior design services to a HNWI clientele. With over 20 years of industry experience of delivering successful projects in Europe and the UK Laughland Jones currently has 25 team members and operates circa 15 live projects at any one time. There is an expansion strategy in place which needs implementation by the successful candidate along side the directors. Role Description This is a full-time remote and office role for a Business Development Specialist to create business growth. The role is not sales but relationship building through an existing and importantly, discovering new introductions to this exclusive market. Qualifications Ability to dig out those who already operate in the HNWI market place be they estate agents, private offices and private banks etc Excellent Communication skills of the highest caliber- this role is 60% phone and face to face interaction- no hiding behind emails! Administratively proficient- being organised is key Driven and ambitious- the job is integral to the business and a great opportunities for the successful applicant (in time) to obtain equity. An understanding of the HNWI world and its foibles. Experience helpful- a positive and optimistic attitude more important
