Job Title: 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer Location: Central Cornwall Salary: Up to £32,500 base company car wider benefits package Contract: Full Time Role Description This is a full-time role for a 2nd Line Support Engineer in the Central Cornwall area and the position requires on-site presence in the Cornwall office. The 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing Second Line technical assistance to a range of businesses of different sizes, across different industries. This will include helping manage and monitor the helpdesk, identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs or upgrades. Qualifications 2 years of experience working in a support desk or IT based role Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 365 Great networking understanding including LAN, WAN, VLAN, WIFI, IPSEC and VPN Experience installing and untilizing cloud storage products Windows server experience (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO’s, Print Management, AD Sync) If you have the required skillset and experience for this position please apply for immediate consideration!
