Energy Efficiency Contract Manager Location: Kent Job Type: Permanent Salary: £56,610 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon–Thurs 8:45 – 17:15, Fri 8:45 – 16:45) Working Pattern: Hybrid (approx. 40% office-based) Benefits: Generous annual leave, company pension scheme, health cash plan, wellbeing grant, and additional Christmas leave About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Energy Efficiency Contract Manager to join our Strategic Asset Management team. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet our ambitious sustainability targets—achieving EPC C by 2030 and Net Zero Carbon by 2050 —while ensuring our residents live in warm, affordable homes. Key Responsibilities Lead the Warm Homes project, delivering energy upgrades like external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, and PV panels. Manage contracts from design to delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and resident engagement. Monitor energy performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Secure funding and grants to support sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with partners and represent the organisation at industry events. Ensure no resident is placed in fuel poverty due to energy works. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in contract and project management , ideally in energy improvement works. Strong knowledge of EPC data , carbon reduction, and energy efficiency technologies. Experience with Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund is desirable. Degree or equivalent in Building, Construction, or Project Management. Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills. Full UK driving licence.
