NEC Supervisor

About the Company My client is a leading consultancy who are in need of an experienced NEC Supervisor to join a civil engineering project in Grimsby, working under the NEC suite of contracts. About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring the contractor's progress, ensuring compliance with design and specification, and approving works to progress to subsequent construction phases. Responsibilities Monitor the contractor's progress. Ensure compliance with design and specification. Approve works to progress to subsequent construction phases. Qualifications/Experience Experience in NEC contracts. Civil Engineering background. Required Skills Strong understanding of NEC suite of contracts. Excellent communication and monitoring skills. Preferred Skills Previous experience working as an NEC Supervisor/PM. Ability to work collaboratively with contractors and stakeholders. Pay/Package This role is 4 day a week position on a contract basis (outside IR35), and will require the candidate to be site-based a minimum of 2 days per week in Grimsby.
