Our family-owned business is known for serving the printing and packaging needs of well-known confectionery brands. We are hiring for a Quality Manager to lead the facilitation of established quality systems and work cross-functionally with Operations, Pre-press, Customer Service Management, and Shipping associates. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAPA, vendor quality management, internal and customer audits, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven track record in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), vendor quality management, and RMA (Return Material Authorization) workflows. Understanding of SQF and BRC is highly preferred Proficiency in developing, implementing, and improving processes, procedures, and quality systems. Knowledge of OTIF (On Time In Full) performance standards and quality metrics tracking. Proven ability to lead quality initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments (Operations, Pre-press, Customer Service, and Shipping). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive corrective actions and root cause analysis. Ability to communicate with departments with kindness and respect while being firm.
