The Role: Booking Coordinator As a Booking Coordinator, you''''ll be part of a dedicated team of six, responsible for coordinating shifts, managing staff availability, and ensuring clients receive timely and professional service. This is a busy, rewarding role that requires clear communication, strong organisational skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering results. Key Responsibilities Minimum 1-2 years experience in booking, scheduling, rota management, or recruitment roles Coordinate and book nursing and healthcare assistant shifts across multiple Trusts and private clients Match staff to open shifts based on compliance, skill set, and preferences using Logezy Maintain accurate shift records, confirmations, and cancellations Work collaboratively with fellow Booking Coordinators, contributing to daily handovers and team goals Build and maintain strong communication with candidates and clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email Liaise with compliance to ensure only cleared staff are booked, supporting audits and payroll reporting Manage short-notice cancellations, following escalation and 24-hour cancellation processes
