Senior Project Manager Location: Leicester (Hybrid) Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 Benefits Sector: Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution Projects The Opportunity A highly respected construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Midlands team. The firm delivers major manufacturing, logistics and distribution schemes across the UK for blue-chip clients and developers. You’ll take ownership of complex, high-value industrial projects from feasibility through to completion — operating in a client-facing capacity with real responsibility and autonomy. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven Project Manager seeking to step up, or an established Senior PM looking for a consultancy with clear progression, a strong pipeline, and a reputation for technical excellence. The Role Lead multiple new build and fit-out projects within the manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors. Manage the full project lifecycle — from feasibility, design and procurement through to delivery and handover. Act as the key client interface, maintaining strong communication and reporting throughout each project. Oversee programme, cost, quality, and HSE performance to ensure successful delivery. Manage multi-disciplinary design and delivery teams, driving collaboration and accountability. Support business development through exceptional project outcomes and client relationships. About You Proven track record delivering projects within the industrial, logistics or manufacturing sectors. Experience of consultancy-side project management from inception to completion. Strong working knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts. Excellent leadership, client-facing and communication skills. Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline. Chartered or working towards professional status (RICS, APM, CIOB). Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
