Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Norwich (occasional travel) Contract Length: 3 months IR35 Status: Outside (TBC) Rate: £350-400pd Start Date: ASAP (maximum 2 weeks' notice) Overview Our client is supported by a busy Contact Center operation, and the business is looking to backfill a key analytics role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a suite of reports focused on Contact Center data, primarily sourced from Genesys. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and present a suite of Power BI reports for senior leadership and board-level reporting Ensure data accuracy and perform QA checks prior to report distribution Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights Required Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in Power BI Experience in analysing Contact Center data Excellent attention to detail and data quality assurance skills Confident communicator with experience engaging senior leadership Engineering or technical background beneficial
