Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for Quantity Surveyors at all experience levels - from intermediate to senior leadership - to join our clients expanding commercial team delivering essential water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping sustainable solutions, driving value, and supporting critical investment in the UK's water sector. Role Responsibilities Manage commercial and cost functions across a portfolio of projects or major programmes. Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting to support informed decision-making. Ensure robust contractual compliance and advise project teams on best commercial practices. Identify and implement opportunities for cost efficiency and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain thorough project documentation and final accounts to ensure audit readiness and financial transparency. Your Experience Previous experience in commercial, cost, or contract management, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or utilities. Knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC) and strong understanding of commercial governance processes. Exceptional analytic, negotiation, and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes. Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience; professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) desirable but not essential.
