Responsibilities Gather detailed feedback from clients on candidate quality, fit, and onboarding outcomes. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for both internal and client stakeholders. Represent Service Club professionally as a trusted recruitment partner in every interaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management or Recruitment, ideally in delivery/logistics/mobility sectors. Strong understanding of volume hiring and candidate lifecycle management. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.).
