Java Developer

Responsibilities Participate in designing and developing web applications from requirements analysis to production. Improve software quality through evaluating and incorporating new libraries, tools, and technologies; conducting code reviews; refactoring; and testing. Analyze and enhance application performance. Develop simple and robust solutions for complex tasks. Work in an Agile environment emphasizing innovation, teamwork, and creativity. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 3 years of experience in writing and deploying production code. Ability to abstract complex problems and design elegant solutions. Strong knowledge of Java 8 and Microservices architecture. Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful Services, and Hibernate. Proficiency in unit and integration testing. Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Nice to have Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good English skills, both verbal and written. Experience in the financial domain is a plus. We offer Flexible full-time working hours.
