Fit Out Project Manager

A Tier 1 contractor operating across the UK and internationally is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to lead the internal fit-out packages on a major new-build facility in South Wales. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the design, procurement, and construction of the internal works. Salary : £70,000 – £80,000 (DOE) Hours : 40 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver internal fit-out packages including finishes, partitions, and M&E coordination. Oversee design development, procurement strategy, and construction delivery. Ensure programme milestones are met while maintaining high standards in health & safety and quality. Coordinate with main contractor teams and internal stakeholders. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Requirements: Minimum HND in Construction or related discipline. Valid CSCS card. SMSTS certification. Demonstrable experience in fit-out project management, ideally within large-scale or complex environments. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
