Job Description

RINA is looking for experienced NDT Inspector to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in the UK Requested : Proven experience on performing inspection activities during FAT (Proof Load testing…) & NDE and valid NDTs certificates Mechanical Degree ( Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering or graduate from high school in relevant branches) / certificates such as NDT, welding, coating, etc. Experience as an Offshore Inspector (min. 3 years); Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections; Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports; Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need; Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be able to invoice the service; Job description: Perform inspection activities during FAT (Proof Load testing…) & NDE, as per ITP Perform quality assessment; Dimensional and visual inspections, including additional ROV locking system; Review certificates, manufacturing reports and Databook; Issue Inspection Visit Reports (IVR); Issue Inspection Release Notes (IRN); Monitor NCRs.
