Architect / Technical architect

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Specialized training or certification in Revit and other Autodesk products. Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience using Revit in residential design. Proven track record of completed residential projects where Revit was the primary design tool. Familiarity with architectural and construction standards relevant to residential design. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong understanding of its tools and functionalities specific to residential design. Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit. Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes and how they apply to residential projects. Familiarity with other design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Responsibilities Developing detailed architectural designs and plans for private residential projects using Revit. Collaborating with architects and designers to translate conceptual designs into Revit models. Producing accurate and detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Coordinating with other team members to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into the Revit model. Ensuring that all models and drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements. Personal Attributes Attention to detail and precision in creating and managing digital models. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for collaborating with design teams and clients. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques. Fluent in English and Spanish. Own transportation in Ibiza. Work Environment Office-based role, with site visits for works supervision and client meetings. Standard work hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. Additional Requirements Portfolio or examples of previous residential projects designed using Revit. Understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
