Drive strategic growth by crafting and executing dynamic sales plans across targeted territories and key accounts. Spot and seize new business opportunities, leading responses to RFIs and RFPs with precision and creativity in collaboration with internal teams. Represent the company at major industry events and tradeshows, amplifying visibility and forging new connections. Ensure flawless team readiness for client engagements, including Capabilities and Bid Defence Meetings. Design and deliver compelling sponsor presentations that showcase value and spark engagement. Gather and analyze critical data to shape winning proposals, providing strategic leadership throughout the RFI/RFP lifecycle. Lead post-award activities, overseeing budget and contract negotiations to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with operations to monitor project progress, support scope changes, and ensure seamless delivery for sponsors. Manage costs responsibly, submitting expense claims promptly and maintaining financial discipline. Compile, analyze, and present business development data to inform strategy and decision-making. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and activities in Salesforce, driving transparency and accountability. Deliver insightful reports to senior leadership, setting the standard for excellence in business intelligence and reporting. Must have directly sold PV services within the past 4 years Experience selling across multiple phases and therapeutic areas is essential.
