You’ll work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams acting as a trusted advisor who helps clients achieve their goals through innovation and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead pre-sales discussions, define solution architecture, and support technical delivery. Design and implement tools, automations, and apps (mainly in R and SAS ) to improve project efficiency. Guide clients through regulatory submissions (FDA, EMA, PMDA) including CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM standards. Represent the company at industry events and conferences . What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience in R (Shiny, Tidyverse) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph). Deep understanding of clinical data workflows and regulatory requirements. Experience in both pre-sales and technical delivery leadership . Confident communicator and presenter with excellent client-facing skills. Comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
