Job Description

We are looking for a talented professional with solid experience in Competition and Regulatory matters who wants to join a dynamic, innovative, and fast-evolving environment. Your role You will be part of idealista’s legal team, working closely with different areas (business, marketing, compliance, and public affairs) to anticipate, analyze, and manage legal challenges related to competition and digital market regulation. Your main responsibilities will include: Advising on Competition Law matters, including merger control and other proceedings before national and EU authorities. Monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments affecting the digital and real estate sectors (DSA, unfair competition, advertising, consumer protection, and other sectoral frameworks). Supporting corporate and transactional projects with competition or regulatory implications. Contributing to the development and implementation of internal compliance programs and training. Liaising with business teams, external advisors, and public authorities in Spain and at EU level. Requirements Experience: between 4 and 6 years of experience in competition or EU law, ideally acquired in a top-tier law firm (Spain or Brussels) or within a tech or regulated company. Education: Law degree. Postgraduate studies or a Master’s in Competition Law or EU Law. Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Other languages as Italian, Portuguese or French are a plus. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, autonomy, result-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
