Join a leading chrome mining company in Pretoria! Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Compliance & Vendor Administrator to support our procurement team. If you have a background in procurement or administration and a passion for accuracy and compliance, this could be your next great opportunity. What Youll Do Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage supplier documentation. Perform compliance checks (B-BBEE, SARS, host community verification, etc.). Maintain and update the supplier database to ensure all records are current. Liaise with vendors to collect and verify compliance documentation. Support the procurement team with reporting and general administrative tasks. What Youll Need National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management , Procurement , Business Administration , or similar. 23 years experience in a procurement or administrative role (mining or industrial experience an advantage). Solid understanding of South African compliance requirements (B-BBEE, SARS, CSD). Computer literate (MS Office; ERP system experience preferred).
