Site Manager – Shopfitting (5 Week Contract) Location: Evesham Rate: Competitive (DOE) Start: ASAP Contract: Minimum 5 weeks About the Company Our client is a well-established and highly respected shopfitting contractor known for delivering high-quality retail fit-outs across the UK. With a strong project pipeline and an excellent reputation for craftsmanship, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced retail fit-out project in Evesham. Role Overview As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the company’s high-quality standards. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site documentation, and maintain strong communication with the project team. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all on-site operations for a retail fit-out project * Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour * Ensure health & safety compliance at all times * Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records * Monitor progress, report to the project manager, and resolve issues as they arise * Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on shopfitting or retail fit-out projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage a fast-paced and time-sensitive project * Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid * Joinery background (preferred but not essential) What’s On Offer * 5 week contract with potential extension * Competitive daily rate * Opportunity to work with a reputable and established shopfitting contractor
