Bricklayer (Multi-Skilled)

Multiskilled Bricklayer Location: North Warwickshire Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm Pay: £18 per hour Contract: Temporary We are looking for a Multiskilled Bricklayer to support our Housing Direct Works team. You’ll carry out responsive repairs, void works and planned maintenance across our social housing stock. Key Responsibilities Bricklaying and general groundwork repairs. Responsive, void and planned maintenance tasks. Multi-trade duties where competent. Working directly with tenants and attending scheduled appointments. Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer care.Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying, Groundwork or a main trade Social housing maintenance experience Multi-skilled across related trades. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
