ob Title: Painter & Decorator Job Type: Self-employed on going Location: Peterborough Rate: £145 a Day CIS (must have own van & tools) 20p per mile paid Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on voids properties and are a mixture of internal and external works. Working hours are 8am -5pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minutes lunch. Desirable Experience of a Painter & Decorator: ⦁ Must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas. Qualifications & Skills of a Painter & Decorator: ⦁ Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience ⦁ Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport ⦁ Experience of facilities or housing maintenance ⦁ Full driving licence & van/car required Please contact our Maintenance Recruitment specialists if you are available for this position.
