Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Location: London (1-2 days/week) Salary: Up to £80k Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent Summary We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Microsoft partner who helps clients unlock the full potential of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. They are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join their London-based team. This role focuses on implementing, customising, and optimising Dynamics 365 solutions to help clients improve business processes and adoption of new technology. Roles & Responsibilities Implement and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service Design and deliver client-centric solutions using Microsoft 365, considering existing ways of working Lead client-facing activities including workshops, solution playbacks, and UAT reviews Validate solutions and recommend alternative approaches such as custom Power Apps when suitable Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth delivery Continuously develop skills within Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform Manage your own time effectively across home, client, and office-based work Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Benefits Flexible working: 1-2 days per week in London Competitive salary up to £80k Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies Supportive and collaborative team environment Continuous learning and professional development opportunities
