Quantity Surveyor – Energy Projects King’s Lynn, Norfolk Up to £70,000 Package Permanent Position Anglian Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading energy and infrastructure contractor delivering a range of sustainable projects across the East of England. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based near King’s Lynn. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of energy and utilities projects from pre-construction through to final account. The role will involve cost planning, subcontract management, valuations, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities * Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects * Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost reports * Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers * Prepare interim valuations and final accounts * Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements * Support the project delivery team in achieving cost and time targets About You * Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management * Proven experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector * Strong understanding of NEC contracts * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially astute Package * Salary up to £65,000, depending on experience * Car allowance and company benefits package * Opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of renewable and energy-based projects Interested?
