As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. My client enjoys a c£80 million turnover with their projects ranging from £10 Mil - £25 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more. About The Role: As a Principal Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is: Creating and understanding specifications. Building relationships with clients. Pricing form data and proposing these to clients. Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase. Reporting and working closely with the Director About You: Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients. Understanding and creating specifications. Experience working on New Build & similar projects. Excellent Construction industry knowledge. Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating. Great technical knowledge.
