Electrical Estimator – Building Services Location: Tamworth / West Midlands Company: Family-run M&E Contractor with long-term clients and steady workflow Elitehire Solutions are working with a family-run Building Services Contractor who’ve built a strong reputation across the Midlands. Due to growth, they’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their estimating team. Role Overview: * Preparing tenders and take-offs for commercial and industrial projects * Working from drawings and specifications to produce accurate costings * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the in-house projects team * Contributing to design reviews and value engineering Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator * Knowledge of commercial and industrial projects * Ability to work independently in a small, close-knit team If you value being part of a business where quality, trust, and relationships come first, this is a great fit
