You'll play a key role in maintaining strong financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting informed strategic decision-making. What will you do as a Management Accountant? * Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet & cash flow reports. * Lead variance analysis and provide clear, actionable insights on budget vs. actual performance. * Manage statutory returns, including VAT returns, partial exemption calculations, and Gift Aid claims. * Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting & financial planning with key department heads. * Support audit processes and ensure full compliance with all financial regulations. * Drive process improvements and assist with crucial financial modelling & ad-hoc analysis. What do you need as a Management Accountant? * ACCA, CIMA, or ACA Part-Qualified status is essential. * Proven experience in a hands-on management accounting role. * Charity or housing sector highly desirable – ready to hit the ground running. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to ensure reliable reporting.
