Site Manager – Joinery Background – Ongoing Work Across London Freelance | Long-Term Opportunity | Competitive Rate We’re working with a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to join their team on an ongoing freelance basis. This role will involve managing a range of commercial projects across various sites in London, so flexibility and mobility are key. ✅ Role Overview: * Location: Sites across London * Start Date: ASAP * Duration: Ongoing, long-term for the right candidate * Rate: Competitive day rate Key Responsibilities: * Oversee day-to-day site activity, particularly around joinery and finishing * Coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensuring high-quality delivery * Maintain high standards of health & safety on-site * Work closely with the project team and report progress regularly * Manage material deliveries and site logistics Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager with a joinery or carpentry background * SMSTS (essential) * First Aid at Work (preferred) * Strong communication and team coordination skills * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites in London * Attention to detail, particularly on finishing and fit-out work This is a great opportunity for a skilled Site Manager who enjoys varied work and has the expertise to lead high-quality joinery-based projects.
