Occupational Health and Wellbeing Screening Advisor Location: On-site, Derby area Salary: £33,264 – £40,893 per annum Contract: Permanent | Full-time or Part-time Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Health Nurse looking to make a real impact on workplace health and wellbeing? Our in-house client is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse to join their established, multi-disciplinary team in Derby. In this rewarding role, you’ll help shape and deliver a proactive health and wellbeing service, supporting the organisation’s commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and positive working environment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver comprehensive health surveillance programmes * Conduct audiometry, spirometry, and health screening assessments * Health promotion initiatives across the workforce * Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high-quality, efficient Occupational Health service * Contribute ideas and initiatives to continually enhance the Health and Wellbeing service What We’re Looking For * Experienced Occupational Health Nurse (RGN) * Experienced in Audiometry and Spirometry * Confident in delivering a full range of Occupational Health services * Passionate about driving forward workplace health, wellbeing, and engagement This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking organisation where your skills and ideas will be valued, and where you’ll play a key role in promoting the health and wellbeing of all employees
