Job Description
A well-established construction business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their operational team in the North West. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that improve communities and deliver long-term value. The Role This is a fast-paced, office-based position suited to an experienced administrator or document controller with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be supporting live contracts and ensuring documentation is managed to the highest standards across the business. Key Responsibilities Act as first point of contact for site teams, supporting administrative, IT and communications needs Manage document control processes including project start-up, electronic filing, and SharePoint/EDMS systems Coordinate O&M manuals, log books, asset registers, and accreditations Support Health, Safety, Environmental and ISO documentation compliance Assist the Contracts Team with administrative functions Manage supply chain documentation and vetting procedures Archive project documentation for efficient future access Oversee client feedback processes and general office administrationAbout You Confident working independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Highly organised, self-motivated, and deadline-driven Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (essential); EDMS experience preferred Previous experience in document control or operations administration desirable Degree in English or Business-related field beneficial but not essentialFor more information, please apply below
