Sales Executive - Building Trade (Roofing Sector) Location: York, Yorkshire Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) Company Vehicle Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team within the building and roofing trade, based in York and covering Yorkshire. Your main focus will be to generate new business leads, develop relationships with existing customers, and price up roofing quotes for predominantly residential projects. You'll be the key link between our company and our clients, helping homeowners and local businesses find the right roofing solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new sales leads within the roofing and building sector Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients and contractors Prepare and price roofing quotes accurately and efficiently Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends Represent the company professionally on-site and at client meetings About You Proven experience in sales, ideally within the building or roofing industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident in preparing quotes and handling customer enquiries Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided) What We Offer Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on experience Company vehicle and fuel allowance Monday to Friday working hours - no weekends Supportive team environment and opportunities for progression If you are interested in the above role please send your cv to (url removed)
