About the Role The Total Rewards Partner will serve as key link between our HR community and the business, ensuring our compensation and rewards strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with global and local regulations. This role requires solid experience in U.S. compensation practices, combined with strong expertise in job evaluation, pay-for-performance programs, and merit review processes. The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in preparing the organization for the implementation of the new EU Pay Transparency Directive. You will collaborate closely with global peers and regional HR teams, supporting strategic decisions related to Total Rewards and contributing to the continuous evolution of our global compensation framework. Duties & Responsibilities Compensation Program Management : Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation frameworks. EU Pay Transparency Directive : Lead preparations for compliance with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive (effective 2026), ensuring readiness across systems, processes, and communication. Market Analysis & Benchmarking : Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices; recommend adjustments as needed to maintain alignment with market trends. Annual Pay Review : Support the annual compensation cycle, including merit, promotion, and bonus processes; partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent execution. Job Evaluation : Drive global job evaluation initiatives and maintain internal equity through consistent application of grading methodologies. Global Total Rewards Projects : Participate in and sometimes lead regional and global projects related to compensation and benefits. Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to both EU and U.S. compensation regulations; partner with Legal and HR teams to address compliance requirements. Analytics & Reporting : Provide data-driven insights to support compensation decisions and develop dashboards or reports to guide leadership. Communication & Change Management : Support the creation and delivery of clear, engaging communication materials on compensation topics for HR and employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including significant exposure to U.S. compensation practices. Proven experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay, Willis Towers Watson). Strong understanding of pay-for-performance principles and merit cycle processes. Solid knowledge of EU and U.S. compensation compliance, including pay transparency and equity frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors). We Value Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Experience with HR and Total Rewards technologies for planning, modeling, and forecasting. Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proactive mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement in compensation processes. Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Why Join Us?
