Sales Representative – Inbound Leads (Property Management Sector) Location: Remote – Based in Italy Employment Type: Full-time | Commission-based About The Client Our client operates in the property management and real estate services sector, helping property owners manage and promote their assets professionally across Italy. Due to ongoing growth, we are expanding the sales team and seeking three (3) motivated Sales Representatives to manage inbound leads – property owners who have already expressed interest in our services. About The Role This is a commission‑based full‑time position focused on warm inbound leads (no cold calling). The company provides comprehensive training and all qualified leads, so the Sales Representative does not need to search for clients. Your goal is to communicate clearly, build trust, and convert interested property owners into clients. Key Responsibilities Contact and manage inbound leads provided by the company. Present services confidently and professionally. Handle questions and objections with calm and persuasion. Collaborate with the Sales Coach and management to optimize results. Achieve and exceed conversion goals. Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian. Young, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and earn. Confident speaking with clients and able to handle pressure. Reliable, motivated, and proactive. No prior call center experience required.
