What we look for Proven experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum or Kanban; Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript; Strong understanding of database design and evolution; Experience designing and evolving software architecture from the ground up; Skilled in creating RESTful APIs; Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance tracking; Solid software engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, deployment automation, code reviews, design documentation; Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues and contribute to product evolution; Work with Agile methodologies and participate in ceremonies to improve team processes; Own the software development lifecycle from definition to maintenance; Guard delivery quality, promoting good practices; participate in code and design reviews; Handle complex scenarios at scale, resilience, and fault tolerance; Incidents handling, troubleshooting, post-mortems and preventive actions; Design and maintain scalable and reliable software architecture and design patterns; Drive continuous improvement in how we build software; Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance; Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
