We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Manager to lead from the front — managing sales activity across developments, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven and people-focused manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on performance, customer satisfaction, and community success. What you’ll do Lead, motivate, and support Sales Executives across multiple developments. Drive reservations, exchanges, and completions to meet or exceed targets. Oversee all aspects of the customer journey — from first enquiry to key handover. Work closely with marketing, construction, and legal teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Manage pricing strategies, incentives, and promotional events. Ensure full compliance with AML, GDPR, and industry regulations. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a five-star reputation. What we’re looking for Proven experience in new homes sales management or senior property sales. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Sound understanding of the conveyancing process and mortgage milestones. Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach. Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools.
