Benefits Specialist – Fixed Term Contract Salary: £50,000–£65,000 Bonus Potential Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) Contract Type: Fixed Term We are currently partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Benefits Specialist for a fixed-term opportunity - they are therefore looking to speak with those who are immediately available, or on a shorter notice period. This is a fantastic chance to join a collaborative and high-performing HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations of the company’s benefits offering across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support for the administration and delivery of employee benefits across multiple countries within EMEA Act as a point of contact for benefits-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of benefit processes Maintain and update benefits data in relevant systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy Support annual benefits enrolment, audits, and reporting activities Assist in the implementation of new benefit programs and process improvements What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a benefits or HR operations role, ideally within a global or regional remit Strong understanding of employee benefits administration and compliance Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Why Apply?
