Director of Business and Resources

Sandbach School are looking for an experienced professional, who has a breadth of business experience and success. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to manage a wide variety of relationships both internally and externally. The Director of Business & Resources role is a rare, exciting opportunity, with the job holder having responsibility for a broad portfolio of activities. A key member of the leadership team, the job holder will ensure sound financial management of the school as well as managing all site facilities, HR, payroll and line management of all support staff. In addition, the role will be heavily involved in the upcoming Schools Rebuilding Programme. The Director of Business & Resources is an important advisor to the Headteacher and Governors with a major input into strategic planning, including all financial implications and budgeting.
