You’ll work on projects from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, equipment installation, and validation, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead full engineering projects, from concept through delivery and validation Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule Work with automation, robotics, and machinery for new or upgraded production processes Support procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely and effectively Solve technical problems and drive continuous improvement initiatives Provide engineering support for UK and international projects, as required Skills & Experience Degree in engineering, science, or equivalent experience Strong project management experience, ideally with automation or machinery projects Hands-on engineering experience Knowledge of process validation, change control, and project planning tools Vision system experience is desirable but not essential Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas Personal Attributes Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a technical environment Adaptable to change and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Why This Role?
