Estimating Leader Location : Manchester, UK Sector : Power (ICP) Base Salary : £120k Benefits : 20% Bonus, 10% Pension, Executive Car, Life assurance, Family Healthcare Our client is a leading Contractor in the UK infrastructure sector and now expanding into the US with a particular focus on the ICP Power Sector. Due to a combination of the implementation of a bold growth strategy and succession planning, they are now looking to appoint a Estimating Lead for this integral part of the business. The Role Will Report to the Business Development Director with a side report to the Estimating Director. Will manage a dedicated team of experienced Estimators. Will develop best practice procedures, with a view to be rolled at Group level. Will oversee the quality fo the Estimates being drafted by the team. The Person Will ideally be of Degree education but not essential. Experience as an Estimator in the UK ICP Power sector.
