Operator Specialist - Apprenticeship

Work on hands‑on projects. As an Operator Specialist, you will help support the manufacturing of our components in the Talamona Diaphragm line. You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operation according to manufacturing router, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars. Responsibilities Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery Performing and recording measurements during manufacturing and inspection process to ensure information is documented Assisting with activities and projects to ensure successful completion Following operational, security and safety policies to ensure internal company compliance Qualifications Have proven experience of operating machining equipment such as mills. Be eligible for Apprenticeship contract Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Have a proficient understanding of IT such as using Microsoft Office packages Be a team player and display good communication skills Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills Show good analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving Work Flexibility We recognise that everyone is different; in this role we can confidently offer the following flexible working patterns: This role is a shift‑based working pattern.
