Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading Construction and Development company with offices in Cape Town and Sandton, renowned for delivering high-end residential projects and managing their own in-house developments. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with CCS and a strong understanding of residential construction cost control, estimating, and financial management. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations Conduct detailed measurement and pricing using CCS software Manage subcontractor and supplier payments Prepare progress claims and final accounts Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure financial efficiency Contribute to cost reporting and risk management Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry Proficiency in CCS (BuildSmart / Candy) is essential Experience in high-end residential or mixed-use developments advantageou Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values precision, innovation, and quality in every build.
