Job Description

With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team of over 3,800 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the Mission Critical / ICT, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences and other sectors. We now wish to recruit a Project Information Manager for a large construction project in Belgium. This role will provide on-site Digital administrative support in a live project environment, with multiple disciplines using Document Management & Collaboration systems. The role would be suited to a candidate familiar with databases, data management, dashboard reporting, spreadsheets and electronic document management systems (EDMS). This a fully site based position. Responsibilities Training to support Receipt Verification (RV) & Turnover process Facilitate document and data management on various project systems Identify & communicate construction data and documentation requirements to facilitate CM Turnover, timing and frequency of delivery. Identify and communicate relationship ‘gaps’ between tags in EDMS and loaded docs in EDMS. Execute & manage the data change management process from all suppliers. Create, analyze and maintain project data dashboards and reports Execute & manage the data change management process Identify & Communicate Non - compliance with the Digital Project Information Plans to the responsible persons. Full project lifecycle Engineering data repository and management / curation of data from design to CM (EDMS) through CQV and ultimately operations (SAP input). Qualifications Level 7 Primary degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Science related course is desirable but not a prerequisite. Proven experience of Project Management or Construction environment Experience of projects information & data requirements. Digital era mindset with data centric approach to problem solving Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong training and mentoring skills Strong work ethic, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook Develop and maintain good Client relations. Set up appropriate communications and reporting structures (meeting, reports etc.), follow up on any Client queries or issues. Support the Project Team(s) throughout project lifecycles Why PM Group?
